Letsand renamed and rebranded
Date: Category: Design

We have rebranded letting chain Letsand - in a move which will enable the company to launch its new franchise offering before the end of this year. Our very own Shaun Cole was instrumental in suggesting that managing director Andrew Walker and fellow director David Portas change the name of their North Lets Ltd firm as part of the process to make the brand accessible and inviting for potential franchise investors up and down the country. The new name and the new brand identity have been created to challenge the dominance of established franchise letting companies Martin & Co and Belvoir, which have nearly 350 offices between them in the UK. We have developed a new website and a suite of marketing material for the new franchise offering. It has also created office stationery, exhibition material and office branding. Shaun said that it was clear from the outset of the project that the name of the business needed to change and praised Andrew Walker for trusting the company’s judgement and experience with the new name and new look. “It was clear from day one that it needed a name and a new identity vision to establish itself in the highly competitive franchise lettings sector,” said Shaun. “I know it was a huge leap of faith for Andrew but he bought into how we wanted to develop his proposition and now he has a brand that can help him sell franchise packages.” Andrew Walker said: “Ideafuel has done a great job and I trusted them to overhaul everything I’d built up to this point in order to deliver something that will help me grow my business through franchising. “Any franchisor will tell you that brand identity is one of the cornerstones of a successful franchise and we now have something that I’m very proud of and excited about launching into the marketplace.”
