We’re all about great ideas that will fuel the growth of your business through the delivery of engaging creative design and marketing. Or Ideafuel for short.
You’ll find that we’re a friendly bunch who don’t take ourselves too seriously. But don’t let that fool you as we’re bloomin’ good at what we do and have a great track record of delivering on time and within budget for a list of long-standing clients who love working with us just as much as we love working with them.

Meet our team

Carol – Managing Director
Along with Shaun, Carol makes all the big decisions. She makes sure everything is running smoothly and that everyone is happy. Carol never leaves home without her iPhone, it’s her favourite gadget and it keeps her in touch with everything that’s going on.

Shaun – Account Director
Shaun goes out to shake hands, present work, and generally make sure our clients are happy. Shaun never leaves the office without a stack of business cards and enough change for a cup of coffee as you never know when the next opportunity will arise.

Sue – Financial Director
Sue has years of experience in market-leading companies, she’s the one who keeps a check on the money, and says ‘no’ when we ask if we can have a pony.

Jenny – Senior Designer
Jenny is passionate about graphic design and loves shiny new design books and really well thought out typography. She enjoys working on all different kinds of projects but does have a penchant for making as much mess as possible! If it's appropriate to the brief, she encourages hand making graphic elements for scanning into our Macs for digital manipulation and placing in the designs. Jen's a big kid really!

Ki – Web Guy
Ki does our website building and development. He will make your website work amazingly using what we believe to be magic. Or pixies. Either way, he knows exactly what he’s doing and we’re always impressed.

Liam – Graphic Designer
Back when Liam was little he dreamt of being an artist but later realised he wasn't self obsessed enough to make it in modern art, so became a graphic designer. He would probably be content spending every single minute of the day producing design. Above all he enjoys design that is clean, precise and elegant in its approach. You can usually find him surrounded by sketches, notes and coffee mugs, busy working on the next project.

James – Apprentice
James is the apprentice of the group, however don’t let this put you off, although he is a teenager, he doesn’t fit the stereotypical mould of teens today, he’s happy, enthusiastic and showers regularly! In the office you will find James hard at work on the computer, focusing on the task in hand.

Ben – Graphic Designer
Ben originally graduated as a Product Designer, and then worked in both product and graphics at Footballmania for international and premiership football teams. He freelanced in London for a few years working with clients such as Microsoft and Bing on a regular basis. Ben moved back up to Lincolnshire recently and got engaged. He enjoys playing golf, socialising with friends. He likes to work hard and in turn play hard. He loves cars and hopes to get a nice one before he’s 30, but with saving for a wedding, it will be nearer 40!
